2005-02-11 - 11:40 p.m. One of my favourite phases of the moon tonight - the one which is just the tiniest splinter-crescent - somehow it manages to cast just enough light that you can really see the curve of the moon's surface, really tell that it's a solid spherical object floating mysteriously up there, not just a flat disk of light. I've been reading respirator specs, and came acorss the terms "luminous transmittance value" and "abrasion resistance". I think that there are features I'd like to possess for myself. Or maybe what I'm seeking in others. Imagine that personal ad - "girl with moderately low abrasion resistance seeks individual with good sense of humour and high luminous transmittance value". I'm not sure I know myself what that means, but it would be worth trying just to see who would respond.
